At ICustomyzo, each order is crafted with great care and printed exclusively for you. Since most of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
Please review the following guidelines before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Though every product passes a strict quality check, issues may occur due to courier mishandling.
To request a replacement for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, the customer must:
- Submit a request within 7 days of delivery
- Provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue)
- Share clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging
If the defect cannot be verified due to a lack of proof, ICustomyzo cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Requests raised after 7 days will require reprinting and reshipping charges.
2. Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes (Customer Error)
If the wrong size was ordered OR the customer wants to return a non-defective product:
- The return courier must be arranged and paid by the customer
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days
Custom-printed items are not eligible for size-based returns unless the wrong size was delivered.
3. Items Lost in Transit
If a courier officially marks your shipment as lost, ICustomyzo will either:
- Reprint and resend the product, OR
- Issue a full refund
4. Delayed Delivery (15 Days No Attempt)
If the courier does not attempt delivery within 15 days, we will:
- Reproduce the product and ship it again at our cost
5. Color Variations in Printing
Our digital printers use OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks, ensuring high quality and safety.
However, color variations may occur due to fabric differences and screen-to-print limitations.
Slight color differences are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
6. Customer Responsibility During Unboxing
If the product is damaged due to sharp tools during unboxing:
- Refunds or replacements are not possible
This may be reconsidered only if a full unboxing video and courier cover photos are provided.
7. Package Found Damaged at Delivery
If your parcel looks damaged:
- Inform the delivery agent
- Request them to note the issue in the delivery remarks
- Capture photos immediately
This supports our courier claim process.
8. Size Discrepancies & Manufacturing Tolerance
A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard in the apparel industry and is not considered a defect.
For size concerns:
- Share product images
- Provide measurements using a tape for verification
9. Non-Returnable Products (Strict Policy)
To ensure hygiene and fairness, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
a) Customized Products
Items with:
- Custom text
- Names
- Custom artwork
- Uploaded designs
- Personalised prints
Since these are made exclusively for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged in transit.
b) Occasion-Based or Themed Products
Products launched for:
- Movies
- IPL / Sports
- Festivals
- Christmas / New Year
- Special campaigns
These products are made in limited runs and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
c) Returns Window
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
