ICustomyzo is committed to delivering high-quality custom and ready-made products safely and on time. Please read the following shipping guidelines carefully.
1. Shipping Partners
We deliver all our orders through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket.
Tracking updates and delivery timelines depend on Shiprocket and their courier network.
2. Processing Time (Production + Verification)
Once an order is placed and payment is received:
Standard Processing Time:
2–3 business days
(Verification, order confirmation, quality checks, printing, and packaging)
Key Notes:
- Custom products require personalisation, printing, and curing time.
- Our secure checkout with Razorpay includes fraud prevention checks, which may extend verification time by 1 additional day.
- All orders are dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Time (Post Dispatch)
Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within:
🟦 4–8 business days
(depending on your city/pincode and courier service availability)
🟨 For remote & North-East India pin codes
- Delivery may take longer than usual
- Courier charges may be higher
Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Usually between 5–10 days for most customers.)
4. Delivery Time Disclaimer
All delivery timelines are estimated, based on average past orders.
Some orders may arrive earlier or later depending on:
- Customer’s location
- Weather conditions
- Courier workload
- Festival season delays
- Stock availability
- Local restrictions
- Mandatory customs checks (for international orders, if applicable)
ICustomyzo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
A. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email with:
- Order Number
- Item details
- Payment confirmation
B. Order Processing
You have 2 hours from the time of ordering (same day) to:
- Cancel your order
- Modify your address/phone number
- Edit order details
No cancellations are allowed for customised products once the printing process begins.
C. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is packed and dispatched (after 2–3 days), you will receive a:
- Shipping Confirmation Email
- Shiprocket Tracking Link
- Courier Partner details
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the courier company.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available for customers in India.
COD Conditions:
- Customer must pay a ₹70 assurance/confirmation amount before dispatch
- Remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery
- COD availability depends on pincode serviceability
- COD orders may take 1 extra day for verification
If the customer does not pay the assurance amount, the COD order will not be processed.
7. Shipment Delays
We sincerely apologize in advance if delays occur due to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather disruptions
- Festival rush
- Bulk order processing
- Verification failures
- High volume sale periods
- Remote location restrictions
These delays are beyond our control, but we will always support you with updated tracking info.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Related to Shipping
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.
- After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
- No cancellation allowed for customized/personalized products once printing starts.
Lost in Transit
If a package is marked lost by the courier, we will:
- Reprint and resend the item, OR
- Issue a full refund
Late Delivery
If no delivery attempt is made within 15 days, we will:
- Re-print your product and re-ship it at no additional cost
9. Shipping Address Changes
Address change requests must be made:
- Within 2 hours of ordering, and
- Before the product is shipped
Once shipped, the courier may not allow address modifications.
