1. About ICustomyzo
ICustomyzo is a customized apparel and accessories brand that allows customers to create their own designs or choose from our existing collections.
We outsource our printing, production, and shipping through trusted third-party partners and deliver directly to end customers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions
Agree to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Upload Guidelines
Accept that we may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice
Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated terms.
3. User Accounts
To place orders, track shipments, or access your custom designs:
You must create an account with accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
ICustomyzo is not liable for losses due to misuse of your account.
However, you may be held responsible for losses incurred by us or others due to your account misuse.
4. Ordering & Cancellations
Order Editing
Orders can be modified only while in NEW status.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them
Once an order moves to PROCESSING, cancellation is not guaranteed
Customised products cannot be cancelled once printing begins
Cancelling an order after processing may still incur charges for blanks or printed items.
Important Note
Cancelling an order in your online shopping cart does NOT cancel the order in our production system.
5. Custom Designs & User Submissions
Users may upload artwork, logos, photos, or text (“User Content”) to be printed.
By submitting User Content, you agree that:
You own the rights to the design OR have permission from the rightful owner
You do not upload copyrighted, offensive, harmful, illegal, or trademarked content
You grant ICustomyzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print the design solely to fulfil your order
You are responsible for ensuring artwork quality (print-ready, high-resolution images)
We may refuse or remove any design that is:
Offensive
Copyrighted
Politically sensitive
Sexually explicit
Hateful or violent
Infringing on third-party rights
Violating legal or ethical standards
ICustomyzo’s decision in such cases is final.
6. Image Quality Disclaimer
The user must upload high-quality, print-ready files
The final printed product depends on the quality of the artwork uploaded
We do not edit, enhance, or recreate user artwork
The printed output may vary in size, placement, or colour due to product limitations
ICustomyzo is not responsible for low-quality prints caused by low-quality uploads.
7. Processing & Delivery Timelines
ICustomyzo does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Timelines may vary due to:
Partner production delays
Courier service delays
Incorrect addresses
High-volume seasons
Remote/rural pincode restrictions
Once shipped, ICustomyzo provides tracking details, but we are not responsible for:
Lost packages
Delivery attempts
Courier mishandling
Delays due to delivery partners
In such cases, customers may need to coordinate with Shiprocket or their local courier office.
8. Payment Terms
For prepaid orders:
Full payment must be completed before order processing begins
For COD orders in India:
Customers must pay a ₹70 assurance amount before confirming a COD order
Remaining amount is collected upon delivery
COD availability depends on courier serviceability
Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may result in additional re-shipping fees.
9. Taxes
Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged based on Government of India regulations.
Buyers are responsible for reporting any additional tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
10. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
ICustomyzo only accepts replacements for:
Damaged or defective products
Misprints caused by our printing partners
Manufacturing defects
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong sizes chosen by the customer
Low-quality uploads
Change of mind
Customised designs made specifically for you
Any occasion-based limited designs (movies, IPL, festivals, etc.)
Incorrect addresses resulting in lost or returned packages are the customer’s responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded designs.
However, by uploading your artwork, you:
Grant us permission to print it for your order
Confirm that you have full rights to use the design
Accept liability for any legal claims arising from your artwork
You agree to indemnify ICustomyzo against:
Copyright claims
Trademark disputes
Third-party IP violations
Losses or legal expenses arising from your uploaded artwork
12. Warranty Disclaimer
ICustomyzo provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
That the website will function without errors
That all products will match mockups perfectly
That colours will match exactly due to fabric variations
Uninterrupted or error-free access
That the website is free of viruses or security threats
You use the website at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ICustomyzo be liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of revenue
Loss of business reputation
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by shipping partners
Issues arising from user-uploaded artwork
Third-party service failures
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ICustomyzo, its employees, directors, partners, and affiliates harmless from:
Copyright claims
Legal disputes over artwork
Breach of our Terms
Misuse of the website
Tax obligations
User-caused damages or violations
This obligation survives termination of your account.
15. Age Requirement
You must be:
At least 18 years old, OR
At least 13 years old with parental consent
The website is not intended for children under 13.
16. Assignment
ICustomyzo may transfer or assign its rights under these terms without restriction.
Users may not assign their rights to others.
17. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our policies, constitute the full agreement between ICustomyzo and the user.
If any provision is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
19. Time Limit for Claims
Any claim arising from the use of the website must be made within 1 year of the cause of action.
Claims filed after 1 year are permanently barred.
