Product Quality & Size

To ensure that our clients feel light and comfortable wearing it throughout the day, we only utilize premium 100 percent cotton fabric.

We offer sizes from XS to 7XL.

We use high quality ‘Direct – To – Garments’ printing.

We highly recommend you not to iron the print.

Hand wash your clothes gently for the life of your clothes.

Product Design

Design your dress is a customised editor built for our customers. so that our customers can design whatever design they want on the selected product.

Instructions :-

  • Click on design your dress and go the editor section.
  • Select the product you want to customise.
  • Design yourself or upload your design which you want to place on your product.
  • Place it on your product.
  • Check & review the design of your product.
  • Click apply and you are ready to place your order.

The main thing you need to be careful about is the quality of the image you place on your product. Your print is based on the quality of the design or image you have provided.

  • Recommended image resolution is minimum 200kb and 600ppi.

Order & Payment

Once your payment is authorized and when your order is completed, you will receive an email to your registered email address where you will be provided with the details of the order.

  • You will receive an email and you will be notified about the order status.
  • Or you can also check the order status in order tracking page.
  • And you can also login to your account and check your order status.

The payment methods we accept are

  • Net Banking are integrated with Razor pay which provides secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions.

Yes, we do take bulk orders for office, business, school, college & other events. Contact us for exclusive deals on bulk orders.

Yes, cash on delivery is available. But keeping these COVID and pandemic situations in mind for safety purposes, we prefer and kindly request that you make the payments online while checking out the product.

For the product designs which you customize yourself you can only cancel your order before the printing is done. Once the design is printed unfortunately you will not be able to cancel the order.

  • For the products you select from our shop. You can cancel the order before the product is shipped.

Shipping Track & Delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order Tracking Link to your email address from our shipping partner where you can track your order status.

The product delivery time varies from place to place. Normally, for cities, your delivery time will be around 4-5 working days. For remote areas, it will take 6-8 working days.

For fast and safe delivery of your products, we have chosen Shiprocket as our shipping partner. Once the product is ready, they pick it up and ship it to you safely and well before time.

We provide free shipping for most of our orders above 500 Rs. If your order is less than 500 RS, you will be notified of the shipping cost during the checkout process. There are no hidden shipping charges.

No, we are currently only shipping our products within India. We are planning to move internationally sooner.

Refunds & Returns

You will receive replacement or refund for the following circumstances alone:

  • If you received a damaged or faulty product.
  • If there is any printing error.
  • We are not responsible for errors from your side, such as incorrect size, different colours, etc.

No, once you receive your product in hand, you will not be able to exchange your product with another product from our store.
